So if your reading this, your most probably following me on instagram which means you’ve seen me rave and blabber about Morlife Alkalising Greens product. Now the taste is actually OK, i don’t mind it. I mean, every greens product i’ve tried to be honest, has taste TERRIBLE. This is actually quite good on its own with water. BUT I started experimenting and now have a killer green smoothie and smoothie bowl using one sachet of the greens. What is the greens you ask? Heres a little straight from the horses mouth ..

Ok so lets start with my Green Smoothie:
- Half a banana
- 1 x sachet of Alkalising Greens Pineapple Coconut
- Coconut Water
- 2 Dates
- Coconut Flakes
- Dash of cinnamon
I love this smoothie!! Its actually very filling and i’m not one who believes you need a massive breakfast, so the last couple of days i’ve had this for breakfast! Its kept me energised until about 12pm when i’ll eat again.

Ok now for those you of who want to really feel like your eating breakfast or something more solid, i started experimenting to find the perfect bowl and i think i’ve done it!! Now any of the toppings you can really use what you prefer, but i try and keep it as lean as i can.
- 1 x sachet of Morlife Alkaising Greens Acai Raspberry
- Coconut water
- One scoop of Acai Powder
- One Frozen Banana
- 2 TBS of coconut Milk
- Toppings – sliced banana, goji berries, handful of your choice of granola!
