Good morning beautiful people!
So its Sunday night in LA – i’ve done a few work emails and now i’m relaxing with a bowl of cherries and a hot choc (skinny hot choc) and finding time to do this – write back to all of you!
Ive tried to answer as many of my DMS and comments, queries from the last month. Alot were similar or the same 😉
Ok, another question this month – calories. How many calories do i eat in one day? I don’t really count calories anymore guys – only because i have a rough idea of what i’m eating and what it is, if its good for me, is it processed, are there any natural sugars etc. So based on all this i would have about 1500 – 2000 calories on a normal day. This is me eating lean remember that i probably train about 700-1000 off a day JUST in exercise. Weekends are another story – i work hard and eat clean during the week (which i love and how i feel after) so that on the weekend if i want something naughty or a cheat meal a day i can have it and feel completely OK with that.
@tahlia_hall you asked ‘WHAT SIZE BIKINI TOP DO I WEAR?” I usually wear a size small as i have a small waist babe. I guess all swimsuits and materials are different BUT small is always my go to.
@Camilla_akerberg asked what is your favourite bikini brand?” ARGHHHH this one is so hard as i LOVE my swim and there are so many amazing choices out there right now! But i’m REALLY loving animale minimale as they are PERFECT for tanning!!!
@empemb asked ‘THE EY TO PERFECTING ABS?” Well my girl, other than traning 10-15 mins of abs 5 days a week i think eating clean and doing functional training classes really has helped me. Full body cardio workouts are fun and use SO MUCH CORE. If you havent tried a functional training HIIT class – then do it!

@tahlia_hall asked how i was able to grow so many followers on instagram? To be honest at the beginning i guess i was just lucky that i was one of the first kind of doing this …. my little stint (by little i legit mean 2 episodes) helped also! I don’t know how but working with brands that also have a large following on instagram also and fellow ‘grammars’ has been really helpful! Either way i’m grateful for EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!
@adelegrisoni – my gorgeous asked you asked “WHERE IS MY FAVOURITE PLACE IN THE WORLD?” Well other than home – Sydney – which will always be my favourite, Capri in Italy would take the cake. So magical – the culture the place, the history! The food, the streets and just the feeling of LOVE. Italy will always be one of my favourite countries in the world.
@karinachlorley asked do i have a green juice daily? YES babe i do! Well at the moment its a smoothie with kale, spinach, banana, coco water and dates! Every day without fail!
Ok, so a few of you have asked about diet, what i eat daily and how many meals i eat daily which to be honest with, is something that i can struggle with haha i’m only human! Monday to Friday basically consists of coffee, green tea and fresh green juice. I start the morning with either a protein smoothie, which would include 20g of protein, half a banana and a berry of juice, coconut water, chia seeds, a dash of coconut milk and a handful of oats. Basically breakfast in a smoothie or eggs. If i don’t have this il have protein oats ( especially on days i’m training weights) or egg white omelette. I’ll add 2 eggs, mushrooms, greens, peppers whatever as long as its a vegetable.
Snacks can include vita wheats or rice cakes and cottage cheese and lunch is generally a salad with a grain (or good carb) or a lean meat protein which is generally chicken. Lately ive been having a piece of fruit too! Green mango or apricots of late! Dinner is always meat and veg or meat and salad. But il always add sweet potato – otherwise it doesnt really fill me up! I have a terrible sweet tooth, so for dessert sometimes i’ll have cottage cheese with protein powder and berries or a sneaky milo! haha
Now the weekend is another story all together, i will generally indulge on a Sunday – what is life without it – and Saturday night dinner is usually carby or theres chocolate and ice cream involved.
I work hard during the week so i can indulge on the weekend guys, but i know i could eat alot better honestly. I think energy in, energy out. If you want to treat yourself on the weekends make sure you are active!
Ok bringing me to my last and probably favourite question so far, @j_niccs you mentioned that you have a crazy sweet tooth – I DO TOO!! – and what healthy snacks can i recommend to substitute bad sugary foods. Ok so i’ve listed a few options that help me below – i allow a little natural sugar or honey, so keep in mind these aren’t sugar free, just refined sugar free.
– Chai tea with honey
– Fresh berries (low in fructose) with a little almond or natural peanut butter
– Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice – if you have a thing for sour.
– Cottage cheese mixed with half a scoop of choc protein powder – great at night as its slow releasing protein and a great dessert.
– A quest bar if i’m on the run and really struggling!
Im sorry if i’ve waffled on a little, i actually LOVE speaking about all of the above and i hope you’ve enjoyed my fourth Q&A for the year!
