I have to appologise guys, i completely skipped my July and August Q and A! I don’t know what happened but July i travelled alot and was such a crazy busy month for me, and August got really busy with new AVENEW clients, but back on track now and here to answer alllll of your questions.
So last week i asked what you all on instagram if and what you would like to know about my health and fitness regime, beauty, travel, personal what have you… All of my answers are open and honest, so please feel free to comment below with any further questions you have!
Ok so i’ve a few of you ask about my makeup regime ( @ i got you girls.). To be COMPLETELY honest ‘i’m definetely not a makeup expert – i mean i have 2 eyeshadow brushes haha which now days apparently is shockingly unheard of?? Easiest way to do this is list what i use when in order of how i use it below in point form. This is my ‘going somewhere’ and out days ‘out of my gym clothes’ makeup. If i’m working from home or chilling i wont wear any makeup.

My lips i change up daily – sometimes i just use paw paw and a little lip liner .
Another question i’m getting so so so often is my ethnicity. My mother is half American, half Scottish decent. My Dad is Australian, but has darker olive skin, so i’d actually LOVE to do his ancestry and figure it out!
Ok, another question this month – calories. How many calories do i eat in one day? I don’t really count calories anymore guys – only because i have a rough idea of what i’m eating and what it is, if its good for me, is it processed, are there any natural sugars etc. So based on all this i would have about 1500 – 2000 calories on a normal day. This is me eating lean remember that i probably train about 700-1000 off a day JUST in excercise. Weekends are another story – i work hard and eat clean during the week (which i love and how i feel after) so that on the weekend if i want something naughty or a cheat meal a day i can have it and feel completely OK with that.
Ok so gorgeous miss @Lauradeleeuw_ asked ‘HOW DO YOU KEEP YOURSELF FROM EATING CRAP?” Babe i’m only human, let me tell you sometimes i do. I think training really helps! After you’ve trained I don’t feel like crap, I feel like a fresh salad, an egg white omelette, a green juice something to nuture my body. Also eating your assigned healthy meals a day and keeping full on good food helps. Haha to be honest lately i’ve been so busy with all of our businesses and working most days and then into some nights i haven’t had TIME to crave naughty food. But number one is keeping active and drinking alot of water.
Ok so gorgeous girl @madisongordonx and @cranktprotein asked ‘HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU WORK OUT A WEEK?” Due to an injury i’ve been unable to train for 3 weeks but USUALLY i would do 5 classes a week, either functional F45 or a spin or Barre Class and then hiking and walking on my days off. If i have time on my class days i also do a 45 – 60 min walk.
My gorgeous little miss @rebeccaportugall asked ‘HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO TRAVEL AND STAY LOOKING HYDRATED ALL THE TIME? 75% of the time i manage this angel – the other 25% i guess i don’t really show on my social – maybe i should so you can all see? Generally with all of the flying i do i’m drinking a hell of a lot of water – using a face mist on the plane and timing my flight so i’m having a facial just before my flight or a day or two later as usually i would break out or just have “MEH’ skin from flying. I’ve learnt the hard way not to use skin care whilst flying – clogs my skin.
So @PROP.MARKETING asked “HOW DID YOU GET INTO SOCIAL MEDIA?” – Haha well it all started after a brief little stint (i’m talking 2 weeks) on a show called the bachelor … just kind of happened from there. Couldn’t be more grateful for it.
Next up @demibryant you asked “BEST TIPS TO GET OVER JET LAG”? Haha this was so hard at first but i guess i’m so used to it now. I try and sleep on the plane when i would according to the timezone i’m travelling too. Then when i land and MAKE myself go on about the day how i usually would, do some excerise, etc and sleep at a normal time. If you have a nap in the middle of the day its all over red rover. Just battle through it.
Darling @wiolettamichniacka asked ‘HOW MANY TIME A WEEK DO I WORKOUT AND HOW LONG FOR EACH TIME? 5- 7 times my love and minimum 45-60 each time plus a little walk each day when I have time. In summer and daylight savings
@natashabowling asked “WHATS YOUR FAV BODY PART TO TRAIN?” Definetely matt pilates for my bum! FAV!!! I try and do a few times a week!
@tarsha.whitemore asked “WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE YOU:VE TRAVELLED TOO?” Would HAVE to be Italy with my man. So romantic and its just a very special place full of culture and amazing FOOD!! But IBIZA was also amazing. I did the non nightclub party side and absolutely loved it!
Theres about 10-20 of you who asked what my nutrition plan is – i don’t follow an exact meal by meal a day diet, I just eat clean but the below is what a standard Monday to Friday looks like.
Breakfast – egg white omelette with mushrooms, bacon and onion and fresh spinach on the side.
Chicken salad for lunch
Banana as a snack
Chicken or a macro bowl with greens and sweet potato.
Half a glass of red 🙂
